The kids had a blast with Daddy. They swam, went to the Minnesota Zoo, Como Park Zoo and Conservatory, and to the mall. We forgot the backpack for Jude so Jon rented strollers for them. It wasn't as easy as the backpack would have been, but they did great. They were exhausted on the way home.The drive home was fine, but we saw so many deer (some of which darted out in front of us!) and moose (just staring at us from the side of the road), that I didn't sleep (as is my custom, especially when the kids are sleeping or otherwise entertained).
Abby determined to keep watching her Backyardigan video...
....finally gave in to sleep...
