"Scrubbing & cleaning can wait 'til tomorrow
For babies grow up, I've learned to my sorrow.
So settle down cob webs & dust go to sleep
'Cause I'm rocking my baby and babies don't keep."
A girlfriend gave me this little poem shortly after Abby was born. I've thought of it often over the last 3 1/2 years. I've got data that needs to be analysed, papers that need to be completed, a 2000 hour internship to complete, a laundry pile that's always there, a sticky floor, dusty shelves, dirty dishes that seem to multiply when I leave the kitchen... I also have two amazing little people who make my life so incredibly rich. They're getting so big so fast! I've just got to keep in all in perspective and do what I can :-) Afterall, degrees and a spotless house are not tombstone material.
