Here we are at Chippewa Park, Mummy, Daddy, Abby & Jude. This is one of our first family pictures (Jon set up the camera on a picnic table).
We are all adjusting well to Jude's arrival, although it will be nice when his sleep schedule is a bit more routine! Abby loves her "little brother" and enjoys rocking him in his swing and helping Mummy brush his hair. However, Jude often "loses" things such as socks, hats, diapers, shoes and blankets to "Baby Duck". Since Jude's arrival, Abby has started taking care of Baby Duck like we take care of Jude. We are often called upon to help her "change Baby Duck's poopy bum" and told that she "needs a wipe to wash Baby Duck". He wears onesies, diapers, hats, etc. just like Jude. She was in the stroller one day with Baby Duck under her shirt. When I asked her what Baby Duck was doing, she replied "he's drinking Abby milk"... she was nursing Baby Duck like she's seen me nurse Jude! What a sweet innocent little girl!! We are truly amazed at all that she says and does. Abby and Jude are such a blessing!
